2. About Biological Lattice Industries

Biological Lattice Industries Corp. ("BLI") builds AI & Robotics Infrastructure for the Bioeconomy. BLI develops a closed-loop, cyber-physical platform — the BLI Tech Stack — composed of three coordinated products:

Loominus Studio — Orchestration Layer: A Visual Agentic IDE for the Bioeconomy; the operating system for product development automation. A node-based environment where AI agents orchestrate research and workflows.

BioLoom — Fabrication Layer: Physical AI for the Bioeconomy; the configurable robotic platform for multi-material biofabrication.

MetaLab — Formulation Layer: Physical AI for the Bioeconomy; the Self-Driving Biomaterials Lab.
